WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You may pay online or request to pay via EFT. 
We will send you an invoice and once POP is received we will confirm your order.

 

WILL YOU DO COMMISSION WORK?

Yes, I will do commission work.

I would love to make you your dream piece for your home, have a look at my gallery if I don’t have something similar to your liking already.

 

Send me what it is you would like me to do, if you have a picture of something you have in mind please send it to me in high quality resolution via email byilzkruger@gmail.com along with what you would like me to do.

-The medium you want e.g. oil on canvas, pencil drawing etc. 

-The size you want 

-When you would need it buy - I need to ensure that I have enough time to complete the work for you.

There after I will be able to send you a quote and estimate time of completion.

-If you accept the quote I would need a 50% deposit payment before starting the art work, and 50% upon sending or you collecting the art work. 

-A document will be sent to you before I start confirming the agreement.  

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We do not do refunds on art work or monthly payments.

We will do refunds in the unlikely event should a workshop or paint evening be cancelled.
